A bit more about BlazeRush world

Happy Monday!
How was your weekend?

Last week we told you about the three planets of the BlazeRush universe. Today you’re going to learn about the changes that those planets went through because of the evil Corporation’s actions.

“The unseen hand of the market and its visible trail.”

In the midst of our racing adventure, a disaster struck. Enormous internal resources of the planets were mercilessly sucked dry by a black octopus in the face of the Interplanetary Corporation. Natural balance has been disrupted. Almost simultaneously, all three planets were hit by terrible disasters that have changed their appearance forever.

The Green Giant was the first to fall. Systematic large-scale deforestation, endless processing plants, giant interplanetary cargo barges plowing the sky — all of these shattered the fragile balance of nature. The planet started losing heat at a catastrophic pace. Within days, the temperature dropped to critical values below zero. The entire surface was covered with ice in the blink of an eye, and on top of that, with a thick layer of snow. Only the ancient buildings frozen to the core remind the visitors of the planet’s original appearance.

BG-13 is the second planet that was touched with irreversible changes. The Corporation has been very active here for quite a long time. It was interested in native plant similar to an adhesive sponge that covered most of the planet. The chemical composition of the plant had a wide range of applications. Unsurprisingly, the greedy hands of the Corporation depleted this resource almost entirely. Also, by using powerful chemicals, the Corporation got rid of active biomass while protecting its industrial infrastructure. In consequence, the majority of the organic world was deprived of vital resources from this substance. Ruthless drought spread from one pole to the other and a planet once full of life has become a lifeless desert.

But still isn’t the end of the disaster. Endless draining of resources played a cruel joke with the Corporation. In fact, they cooked their own goose. Planet LAVA-3 decided to live up to its name completely. First, magma flows flooded all mines and quarries, and then escaped to the surface in endless streams of fire. In an instant, the entire surface of the planet, except for a few hills, turned into an ocean of heat-oozing lava. Strangely enough, most of the tracks are not affected because they were built on high poles.

Against the background of the terrible cataclysm tearing the planet apart, race cars fly about the tracks, lap after lap continuing their deadly battle for the Interplanetary Cup.
