The following is true for all weapons but slime:
it’s better to attack before a turn, so there’s more chance for the opponent to fly off the track or slow down significantly;
Hitting an opponent who is in the air greatly enhances the efficiency of the weapon, because there is no contact with the road.

Slime is a highly adhesive substance produced by a special modified cannon. When in contact with slime, the car slows down for a few seconds, but by picking up and turning on a booster you can stop the slime effect. As for far-away targets, try to aim straight at them.
What should you do if you’re hit with slime? Don’t panic, get in front of the enemy, don’t let him overtake, just block the way.
